Interested in nutrition and healthy living since she became a vegetarian 25 years ago, Dawn enjoys promoting local sustainable food here at GRACE. From California, she spent her summers eating vegetables out of her Grandparent’s garden and cultivating picky taste buds that love organic and local foods. She hopes to shed some light on the confusion about eating, not a simple task in this information heavy environment.
